Delete your data
Purry Defense has no accounts: there is no sign-up and we never ask for your name or e-mail. Your progress and settings live on your phone, so you can delete them yourself in a minute.
1. Delete game data on your phone
Either of these removes all game data (progress, settings, your privacy choice and the attempt log):
- Clear the app’s data: Android Settings → Apps → Purry Defense → Storage → Clear storage (or Clear data).
- Uninstall the game.
If Android backup is on, a copy of the game data may also be in your Google backup and come back when you reinstall the game. To prevent that, delete the backup or turn off backup in your phone’s Google backup settings.
Note: the in-game “Reset progress” button resets only stars and tutorial lessons; it does not delete all data.
2. Stop statistics and personalised ads
- In the game: Settings → Privacy → “No, only what’s needed”. From then on no game statistics are sent and ads are non-personalised.
- Reset or delete your advertising ID: Android Settings → Google → Ads (or Settings → Privacy → Ads).
3. Data held by Google for us
If you allowed statistics, anonymous game events were sent to Google Firebase Analytics under a random app-instance identifier. Clearing the app’s data or reinstalling the game creates a new identifier, and the old event-level data is deleted automatically after 2 months. Ad data is handled by Google under its own policies; see how Google uses information from apps.
4. Ask us to delete data
Write to support@blumenfield.co with the subject “Purry Defense data deletion”. We do not need your name or any document. Because the game has no accounts, we usually cannot find data that belongs to a particular person, but we will do everything we can, including deleting analytics data where it can be identified, and we will reply within one month. We keep your e-mail only as long as needed to handle the request.
